Parent and Student Views
At NSC, we don’t ever consider that we have got everything right, we are always learning. The views of our parents, children and staff are an important part of our growing development. Whilst we not may not always agree, we should always listen and try and do our best for our families and for the community we serve.
Parents, staff and students are surveyed 3 times a year. These surveys cover our values, well-being, curriculum, learning, behaviour and enrichment. We always take the time to analyse these surveys and like to feedback with a ‘You said, We did’ update. These are shared with each group and also on these pages.
The success of NSC depends on each component of our team.
Our goal is to enable every child to achieve their dreams and ambitions, even if they don’t yet know what those are. Our role is to ensure they can fly high, perhaps even higher then they or their parents believe.
Our values are traditional and as such I expect honesty and integrity. If we get it wrong we apologise, when we get it right we praise, the children come first in all that we do. We maintain our high expectations of everyone in our family. Importantly we care about and look out for each other.
